My Dbf and I are taking a trip to Disneyland in June of 2013 (Yeah I plan ahead! :hyper:) Anyways, I know we want to stay at the Fairfield Inn just because I know it is clean and comfy as I've stayed there before! However, I don't remember whether or not it is easy to control the temperatures of the room? My dbf likes things pretty cold when he sleeps, and our last vacation we were not able to control the temp of the room and it turned into a bit of a nightmare:rolleyes2 So does anyone know just how easy it is to keep these rooms cool? Thanks! :)

We are planning our Disney holiday for June 2013 too....we have stayed at the Fairfield inn multiple time now and from what I remember there are individual control panels on the walls of each room to adjust the temperature. The aircon is a bit noisy though

I just so happened to stay at the Fairfield Inn last weekend (7/13-7/15). Each room has its own air conditioner, there is no central air, however the A/C is not controlled at the machine itself but rather by a remote that is stuck on the wall near the bathroom, as you can see in the picture of my room here:

When I first got to the room it was a little cold for me, 68°, so I upped it to 70°. When I came back to the hotel after the first very long day of Disneyland the housekeeper had set it back to 72°, so I just put it back to 70°. It was really easy to control and I never felt uncomfortable for long.

Have a great trip!
