FAIRFIELD INN LBV VS HAWTHORN SUITES LBV ?? How is the Fairfield??

Can anyone tell me about the Fairfield? We are booked @ Hawthorn, but
were wondering about the pool....

i heard the fair. has shops?? Can you walk to Downtown Disney Marketplace?
Can you walk to restaurants on a main road?

How close to disney parks is it??

Do you mean Fairfield Inn, Marrott Village, LBV? If you do heres some answers...


Can anyone tell me about the Fairfield? Didn't stay there but stayed in Springhill Suites at same village.

We are booked @ Hawthorn, but were wondering about the pool....Didn't use the fairfield pool but they can use any of the site pools and the springhill and courtyard ones are good.

i heard the fair. has shops?? There is an onsite food court. Not cheap but affordable and convenient. One gift shop but not really that spectacular.

Can you walk to Downtown Disney Marketplace? No.

Can you walk to restaurants on a main road? Yes. Right by Bahama Breeze and Golden Corral. Don't even have to cross a road just walk through the car park. There are others in walking distance too.

How close to disney parks is it??(Fairfield) Close but you need a car or transport. Its just over a mile (big roads) to the 'entrance' of the downtown disney hotel area but downtown marketpace is another mile away and the parks are all some way away from there again.
