Hey everyone!

I'm just curious if anyone here has stayed in the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Lake Buena Vista before. I've drove by a number of times, and I know it's literally across the street from the entrance to Disney that leads straight to Downtown Disney. Probably not even 5 minutes away from DD. The reviews on the site aren't too detailed, so I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with that resort. I'm set to stay there for my June trip with my family.

It's my first time staying off-site since I was literally an infant-- so I admit, I'm a bit spoiled with staying on property. I noticed the hotel has a free shuttle to the parks. Is that efficient? I like to be there around 8am, 8:15 at the latest, and I like to stay til' closing. I'd of course have no time driving, if it's quicker. Also, how is the free breakfast? Do they serve hot foods?

Anyway, thanks to anyone who can help me out!

Just stayed there May 14-17 and loved it. Very clean, very convenient to DTD and the Parks. The shuttle bus only drops off and picks up at Epcot so we only used it for the Epcot day. The hotel is the last pick up in the morning so the bus may be full and you will have to stand but it only took about 10 minutes to Epcot. Then, in the evening, it is the first hotel drop off so you will be back pretty quick. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Walgreens across the street. The breakfast was fine, nice selection of hot items ( eggs, sausage, oatmeal), breads, waffles, cereal, fruit, juice, milk & coffee. No complaints from any of us. We will definitely stay there again.

Awesome, thanks a bunch for your insight! The pictures on the site look great, really looking foward to it. I'll probably end up taking the car, but the shuttle is always a good option for us :)

Just to confirm, we stayed at the Apopka-Vineland Fairfield, not the one in the Marriott Village that is just north of the one where we stayed. Ours had the free parking and no resort fee.

We recently stayed at Apopka Vineland too. We really enjoyed it. Wonderful staff. We were nervous the first night because a bus of teens arrived. I have no idea how they managed it but we never heard them. LOL. Very clean rooms. Left there and went to a condo.

My family and I stayed there in December, we really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was great, rooms were clean and you can't beat the location. Walking distance to a lot of things. We will definitely return.

We stayed in the Fairfield at the Marriott Village and loved it. The pool was excellent, breakfast was great: lots of hot food and plenty of seating. The staff were all super-friendly and they upgraded our room just because we are Marriott members!

So glad I came across this information on here! Was trying to find a good off-site hotel for part of my trip. Just booked 3 nights there! Thanks for sharing!
