Helping my friend plan a trip for her family-2 kids-boy and a girl-ages 6 & 8.

They are looking for a fun meal. They are not fans of "fur" characters, but they do like meeting Face Characters.

What are their choices to appease both a boy & a girl?

They are not going to Epcot for this trip.

Thanks!

1900 Park Fair: we went for brunch and they had Mary Poppins, Alice and the Mad Hatter. Seems like there was one more but can't remember. They really liked the Madd Hatter.

Edited: I just looked at my photos and Pooh and Tigger where there, too.

1900 is probably best. It will have Alice and the Mad Hatter for breakfast with a swap of characters like Mary Poppins, Peter Pan, and Winnie the Pooh and friends. For dinner it is Cinderella/Prince Charming/Tremanes (who are really funny). Your other options are really just Princess meals (Akershus and Royal Table) or Hollywood and Vine (depending on if you consider Disney Junior fur or not. They are the Disney Junior characters, but they are in full costumes with no face showing).

No, there is no Star Wars meal. They also don't do faces for SW even when they had them. They treat putting flesh on animation different from having someone impersonate a human actor.

Her options will be 1900 Park Fare at GF for breakfast (Winnie the Pooh and friends, Mary Poppins, Mad Hatter and Alice) or dinner (Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine and the step-sisters) or Cinderella Royal Table in MK (princesses). For a girl and boy, I would recommend 1900 Park Fare breakfast as it's a really good mix of characters and the Mad Hatter is hysterical.

Thank you! I wish there was a Pirate meal!!

While not a full meal - there is the Pirates & Pals voyage with Hook, Smee, and Peter Pan. They serve snack foods prior to departure. I attended with a group of friends and had a blast:

The Jawas and Storm Troopers do show up at the Star Wars Dessert Party, although they're not exclusive to that event. (Also, not face characters per se.)

Ooh, that seems interesting-hmmm, they might actually love that! Is it in the daytime or night? What is the cost?
