Is the 2017 Food & Wine Pandora charms sold at the Pandora store at Disney or can I get them at the Festival center?

The set of 3 for $185 can be purchased at World of Disney in Disney Springs.

I got mine in Mouse Gear last year, they also had them at World of Disney in DS too.
