We were at the Food and Wine Festival our last trip with my three little ones: DD 4, DD 2, and DS 10 mo. We wandered through the countries sampling things and having a great time.
The Kidcot stations are still open for the kids to make masks. The 3 year old would do fine, and the 18 month old could scribble a bit on one, too. Also, I remember my kids making little tiny bees out of pompoms, pipecleaners and googley eyes - and learning something about honey. It was just a tiny little table out among some of the other things as we wandered around. I would imagine there might be a few cute things like that available -- you just have to keep an eye out for them.
Anyhow, we've been to Epcot several times with our little ones. The Food & Wine Festival enhanced our enjoyment -- and the kids could still enjoy Epcot to the degree that they always have.
It's a great time to visit!
Hope that helps!
