Following recommendations on this forum I contacted John at Ezyshuttle for a quote and unfortunately his reply was:

"I know it's a long way off, but due to holidays and drivers on training we are running a reduced service on the dates you need. And unfortunetly the few drivers left are already fully booked on the dates and time you need.
I'm so sorry we won't be able to accommodate you."

:sad1:

Oh well, onwards and upwards!! Can anyone recommend another transfer company that they found reliable and that provided booster seats?

We arrive at Charles de Gaulle on November 30th and need a transfer to Paris city, then on Sunday December 2nd we need a transfer from Paris city to DLP, and then on Thursday Dec 6th we need a transfer from DLP back to Charles de Gaulle.

Any help would be much appreciated! :thanks: There are many choices when you do a search on-line but I would rather use one that somebody here has used before.

Thanks in advance, Paula

R S Transports & TioShuttle are two that people mention on here now and again. I think there is a sticky at the top listing the shuttles people on here have used...

Thanks a mill DLP Dreams. After I put up this post I did scroll down through the first few pages of recent posts and found some people recommending RS Transport. Will have a look at Tio Shuttle too. Must also have a look at the sticky

Thanks again :thanks:

How long do Ezyshuttle take bookings for? Can anyone reccomend anyone else as well? I want to book for our trip in Feb but I don't want Ezy to book up, could not risk using RS Transports again after last time! I don't want another heart attack! Cheers

I used RS Transport. Found them very reliable but they only had booster cushions for my 5 and 3 year old. Some might be ok with this but it annoyed me. Maybe ensure they know what seats are needed.

We used Inter Service Prestige transfer services last year. They do provided my 4 years old with booster seat and my 1.5 years old with the seat appropriate for her age group, but you do need to ask them.
Our flight was late by 40 minutes, but the driver was waiting, just a little bit nervous, but polite and helped with all our bags and pushchairs.
On return trip he picked us on time we arranged.

Thanks everybody for all those suggestions!! Sorry, I haven't been on the forum for a few days so only getting time to say Thank You now.

At least I have a few suggestions I can try now even if some of them are booked up.

In my experience most taxis/shuttles drive very fast in Paris. I think Carrie Cat mentioned in another post that it's just the normal style of driving in Paris. We got a taxi from DLP to the airport on our last few trips and every time I wondered would we get to the airport alive. :scared1: Have never experienced such speed and dodging in and out of traffic before! Having said that not all drivers here in Ireland are saints either. Have never had to get a taxi on a motorway in Ireland. They could be just as crazy for all I know!!

We have used Tio Shuttle for our last 3 trips and cannot fault them.

They have always been waiting in arrivals at the airport for us (So no need to phone) and have always picked us up at the exact time requested.

When we did a trip with family (who stayed at a different hotel) multiple drop offs and pick ups were not a problem.

Thanks chipndalefan!

I really must get this sorted in the morning or there will be nobody left available. :drive: We're going in 6 weeks time. Better get a move on! :snail:
