Agree with checking VRBO or vacationrentals.com, whrent for places. We've stayed in Windsor Palms and Emerald Island; both pretty close to 192. If you do not need a private pool, you may find a townhouse or villa (in pool community) that is in your budget. FYI: one reason your rates are high may be because you are going over 4th of July weekend and you're being quoted holiday prices. FWIW.
