Woot the dis is back!

I must say that todays host event has to be the smoothest well run event they have had. at 1 point there were 28 rooms open!

Thank you VMK for a great event and a greater prize!!!

I had no idea this was happening... Hadn't even signed onto VMK since the forums went down...

But I got in and got my first chair at 4:30 exactly.

Why do you choose Christmas Eve and Christmas day for things like these when most people are spending time with family..

But anyways other than my rant.. lol I think it was a well ran event other than their choice of all days to do it..

Very well done event. Lots of rooms - ability to get prize was there for all. My only issue would be that which KrazyLuke mentioned:

But anyways other than my rant.. lol I think it was a well ran event other than their choice of all days to do it..

I LOVE those benches. SOOO cute. And it was wonderful that they were so accessible, but having to miss out when it was time for Christmas Eve afternoon / dinner with the in-laws, was a bummer. However, I supposed that's why they have it open all day for 2 days - to give everyone a chance. But, yes, odd 2 days.

I was in cooking breakfast and I hear my 7 year old daughter screaming with joy.."I got a gingerbread bench...MOMMY, I got a gingerbread bench on VMK!" I said, "What? Really? How?" I didn't even know she was on VMK and she usually needs help doing most of the activities, etc. She won't even attempt most host rooms. She said, "I don't know! I just got into one of the host lines so easy Mom and I got it right when I went in, I WON!"

Now with any of the other events...there is no way that would have happened. You brought a TON of a joy to a little girl. Thanks VMK

Because VMK knows that, and if a cookie bench wont pull you from the annual family disney trivial pursuit game and back into the virtual world, nothing will!

YAY! Now that's Christmas vmk!!! Thats was really awesome to hear Peasy about your daughter! I can just imagine that it not only made her day but yours too in seeing her excitement!!
Yes...Thank You VMK for doing a very well host game...and making it so easy to get on that even the little kiddies could do it...

Very nice story!

Last time I was at WDW, I was hanging out in the Theater/VMK Central and was waiting for a terminal to open up. As I scanned each one, I noticed I was the only 20+ VMK'r in the house! Every terminal was taken by a shrimp who could play much better on a stack of phone books. I investigated further, and saw a few of them were in different "Cute or boot" rooms. One of them was in line in one of the rooms, and just happily stared at the screen, waiting for her chance to click her way further in the line.

Since then, I've reevaluated my game play (mainly by knocking many hours off my play time and making room for other players) and try to be nice to whoever, whenever I can. That's never been a problem though, you don't get popular by being mean, for real!

I felt like VMK had the same epiphany and wanted to look out for the youngsters with this event. That, or they were testing how many rooms would mount a 50 person wait.
