Did anyone else watch this show last night??
I have watched this show the last two weeks, and last nights episode had me in tears. The family that was chose last night was an amazing family. "Sweet" Alice was an incredible lady.......she cooks Thanksgiving dinners every year for about 400 people.
She said she cooks for all the homeless people.......she wants them to know it's a holiday and that they are welcome in her home anytime. She had I think 4-5 grills in here back yard. She teaches at the community center, she runs a toy drive, she covered her back porch, and made a room out of it so she had somewhere for people to stay if they needed, she just gives and gives and gives! Their home was ruined from a flood. The show actually helped out the whole community!
It is really nice to see someone that has given so much, get something in return!! I sure wish there were more "Sweet" Alice's out there!!
