Extra person charges?

We are considering a one-night stay in September, leaning toward RPH (vs. AKL at WDW, decisions decisions!)

I'm guessing the quoted room rates are for 2 adults. Anyone know what the extra charge is for an adult? We're considering adding a local friend to our reservation so the three of us could enjoy FOL in the parks even though she wouldn't be sleeping in the room with us.
