Extra Magical Food and Shopping

I'm going on the 9:30 Keys to the Kingdom tour on an EMH day. I plan to hit a few rides before the tour and grab some breakfast on the run. I'm dying for some French Toast Loaf. Any chance that the Main Street Bakery is open during Extra Magic Hour? I've looked all over and I can't find any info on restaurants or shopping during Extra Magic.
