Extra Magic Hours

I went on the Disney site and wrote down the park hours, and which days the parks had the Extra Magic Hours. The only thing I could not figure out is how do I know if the park opens early or stays open late? The definition for the Extra Magic Hours states that they either open an hour early or stay open later.

If you click on the link that says "Extra Magic Hour", it will give you a list, by month of the dates that are AM EMH and the ones that are PM EMH. Also gives you a list of what attractions are open during those times.
