The Extra magic hour(s) perks are for all Walt Disney World Resort guests. So, as long as you're staying on Disney property, you can enjoy the extra magic hour!

You do have to have regular admission to start with, in addition to being a resort guest. So if you buy a non-park hopping ticket and go to a park during the day, you can't skip over to another park for EMH.
