Extra Leg room seats on VA

Can anyone tell me if there are extra legroom seats in rows of 4 on VA planes?

You can get extra legroom seats in a row of four,. We came out on Tuesday with virgin and row 49 were extra legroom but everybody kept using it as a walk through even after being announced on the plane that it wasn't.
