Extra adult at resort, but only for half our stay?

Hi. We will be staying at the BWI on May6-13. It will be me, dh, and our DD(4yo) On May 9, my sister(10yo)and mother will be joining us for the remainder of this stay. I already have the room booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. Do I just notify front desk when my mom arrives that we have an extra adult for the remainder of our stay and pay then? Do we notify CRO now that we will have her in our room for 4 nights? I just don't want them to charge me for an extra adult for the whole stay if she will only be there 4 nights. Is this even allowed? We will be 3 adults and 2 kids, will we have enough room and beds? Is there a daybed in all rooms? Sorry so many questions!! This kinda just got thrown on me last night because it was supose to be only my lil sis joining us for the entire time, but due to state wide testing that week, she can't go, so we were trying to have her there so she doesn't miss out, but my mom has to bring her. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks

You should be fine telling them at check-in that your mom will be there at the end of your stay and paying the extra fee for those few days.

I'm pretty sure all of the rooms at BWI have trundles, but if you're concerned, you can call CRO now and update your ressie so that you'll be sure to get a room with sleeping space for everyone. You shouldn't be charged the extra fee on the nights that your mom isn't there.

Like Kermit said just tell them when you check in and then tell them when she arrives. They will only charge you for the nights that she is there. It happened to us last year, where my parents left two nights early and it was adjusted no problem.
