Just sharing this offer. Fine print below. Basically, if you buy 250 points direct (split contracts work) at any of the three active sales resorts, you can get an extra $1250 discount on top of incentives. Have to be a Disney Visa cardholder.

Disney Visa Additional Credit Offer: Offer requires new Purchasers or Members to be a current Disney Visa Cardmember and participate in a Resort sales tour, either telephonically, online or in person (“Tour”), and buy an ownership interest of at least 250 Vacation Points in AULANI, Disney Vacation Club® Villas, Ko Olina, Hawai‘i, Disney’s Riviera Resort or The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Offer starts on March 2, 2023 and all Tours must be completed by April 19, 2023 when the offer expires. If Tour occurs on or after April 13, 2023, offers expire 7 days after Tour. Prices do not include one-time closing costs. Must be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C. Offer may be extended, modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. Void where prohibited. Additional restrictions and terms may apply.

Thats nice! And, you get the 6 months with 0% interest too so for someone paying cash anyway, might as well give yourself extra time!!!

$7K/250 Points - $28/PP is a nice discount.
But looks like that's exclusively for Aulani, as it says "other savings available" at DGF & RIV...??

Other savings meaning that incentives are different at other resorts. So, AUL incentives at 250 pts is essentially $5750 then you add the extra discount. Whatever the incentives are for 250 pts at the other two resorts, just discount $1250 off that.

Disney Visa does this from time to time, maybe once a year or so. I know we took advantage of it when we bought RVA over 3 years ago because at the time it was $1500 off for Disney Visa cardholders at 250 pts.

It sounds like an offer for new owners only or am I reading that wrong?

I was referencing the 6-months 0 interest.
It’s a win-win on your Disney Visa ; you earn Disney Rewards Points and get free financing!

I thought this offer will go until April 13, maybe not in time for the VDH to count

The extra $1250 is through April 19 though if "tour" is done on or after April 13, you get a full 7 days and that is for all three resorts (plus the regular incentives for each)

But 250 points direct? I love a deal, but this won't be enough to entice me...

I don’t see it listed anymore. Does anyone know if you can still get the savings?

We only bought 175 points at VGF and got it on April 10th or so. Not sure if it is still going but 250 was not necessary there.

I was able to get the discount. Signed off on it today. 200 pts at VGF with $4,000 in incentive / developer credit + $1,250 Disney Visa credit.

Someone else mentioned they got it this week even though the offer expired mid April. I figured what the heck and asked. My Guide got it for us.

My theory is they have a bucket of funds assigned for a promo and even though it had ended, those funds hadn't been exhausted so she was able to get me approved for the credits past the expiration. Total speculation on my part.

Update: Our Guide just called to check in on us since we finally signed today. I asked about the Visa promotion and if others could still get it. She says it's formally closed out now and we were a buzzer-beater with ours. I hope some others got it, but apologies for any false hope if not.

I asked my new guide about this today…. He has not written back yet, but am hoping I might have been able to get in “under the wire”….

Spoke with my guide this evening, and I asked specifically about this discount and it was not available.
