Hi, we ordered our tickets yesterday for 1 adult and 1 child. It should have come to £423. Instead it came to £433. 14 day passes for the price if 7 day pass offer. There was no explanation for the extra tenner at all. Does anyone know what this is? Should I email them about it?

Just had a quick scan thru the T&C's, only thing I can find is a fee for late orders(within 10 days of travel)
Are you going within 10 days? if not I would email or ring them.

"For Bookings accepted less than ten days before departure, a charge of £10 per Booking will apply to cover additional costs to deliver Theme Park Tickets and hotel documentation"

Thanks Wayne. I thought it might be something like that although we opted for email confirmation and to pick up the tickets at will call so not sure how they can justify the charge. At least it solves the mystery though. Thank you.

As you opted out of the delivery charge there is no way you should pay it - however little it may seem to be.
If I was you I would be ringing them, directing them to my original booking and insisting on a refund.

I agree with Kenny.
Although the T&C's indicate a £10 fee the way its worded you should not be liable.
The wording is "will apply to cover additional costs to deliver Theme Park Tickets"
They are not delivering or incurring any additional costs.
If it said we will charge a £10 inconvenience fee they would be covered but specifying its to cover additional delivery costs they don't have a leg to stand on.
I would send an email at least if you don't ring.

You took the words right out of my mouth. Although you guys are obviously nicer than me .... I have adopted the habit of now claiming the cost of my phone calls too, when it is to rectify an error which is not my own. :snooty:

However the staff are usually really pleasant and I doubt you will have a problem. You could always ask for a supervisor if necessary.
