Be advised that in at least some of the Dream-class ships, the nightstand outlets are of the European kind only. You'll need a plug adapter to use a device with a US plug. I'm not sure of the voltage, but most appliances these days say "100-240V, 50-60Hz" which means they'll work with any outlet, as long as you can physically plug it in (perhaps with an adapter). Check your CPAP's label and make arrangements in advance if it only works on 120v 60Hz.

I've not encountered this on either of the Dream-class ships. I just unplugged the alarm clock (or the phone. I don't remember) and moved it across the room, then used the outlet it was attached to.
