Extended Evening Hours- what is the “deluxe” hotel with DVC?

I can’t find this doing a search (probably using wrong terms), but I currently have a reservation at the Swan for my short visit in July. I was thinking of maybe renting points and I saw a decent price on Old Key West. I’ll have a car, so it might actually be cheaper without parking/resort fees.

Anyway- are the DVC resorts deluxe when renting points? I’ve never rented points before, and know next to nothing about it but I’ve always wanted to.

Yes, DVC resorts are Deluxe. FYI Swan and Dolphin are too for this benefit, I thought.
