Express pass in Oct is 8 hours enough?

Our flight lands at 9am and hoping to go to IOA at least amd getting an express pass is 10-6 long enough? We are coming Oct 19 which is a Wed?

not for us!!! you can do it in that amount of time but you will be rushed...at least thats not a busy time though.
