express pass for September

I have never been to Universal but we are going to slip away for a couple of days during our next Disney trip to check it out. I was wondering what crowds are like during the end of September? I know at Disney it's one of the slowest times of the year...what about Universal. I am wondering if an express pass would be worth buying during that time of the year???

Historically it's slow in September but with Harry Potter opening in June, no one really knows what the crowds will be like. You should wait until you arrive to determine if Express Plus passes are needed.
