Does anyone know from past experience what the crowds at US and I A will be like? My family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) will be at the parks on the 25th and 26th and we're trying to figure out the most cost conscious way to see everything.

Easter is late this year, so it is hard to tell how the crowds will be in March. Remember that you don't need to buy the express pass in advance. You can purchase it once you get into the parks and see how the crowds are.

Thanks, Damo. The express passes are about $50 for the day which would be a lot for a family of 6 for 2 days. So it would be worth it to stay on site. But if it's not going to be very busy, then we could save that money. Hmm...decisions, decisions. If only I had a crystal ball to tell me how busy it will be.

My advice is to get to the parks before opening and get all the big things done in the first couple of hours.

We're staying offsite right outside WDW (Blue Heron Resort), March 21st-31st. Even though we'll have the condo for ten nights, we still think it's worth leaving the condo empty one night, in order to spend one night at Universal for unlimited express pass and early entry. We currently have Friday night (March 28th) booked at RPR. We'll check in very early and then of course have express pass for two days with the one night stay. We usually try to book a night over at Universal more midtrip, but figured Fridays and Saturdays are going to be the most crowded during that time, at both WDW and Universal, so decided to take advantage of unlimited front of the line pass on the most crowded days. We like to ride some rides over and over and the unlimited front of the line passes that resort guests get, allows us to do so. Plus we'll have my 80 y/o mom with us and she'll have a place to go back during the day to rest if she wants. The crowd predictions for that week at WDW are showing 8-9's, so we figured Universal will be just as crowded.

I forgot about being able to do rides over and over. We have 3 teens and a 4 yr old so I'm sure they'll want to ride over and over and not want to wait in line too long.

Thanks!!
