OK, so I'm watching Million Dollar Listing. A new reality show on Bravo which follows realtors in Malibu and Hollywood. In this episode they're following around a client who was described by the realtor as neurotic. She's all nervous about selling her house and doesn't want to accept an over-the-asking-price offer.
So what does she do? She gets out a bottle of champagne, pours it into a giant plastic cup
(think fast food restaurant), takes a big gulp and grabs her car keys. Cut to her in her car taking another big swig. She starts the car and is driving still drinking the champagne. They even go so far as to show her parking up on the curb and not figuring out how to get down so she just leaves it there. 
Seriously, how do they get away with that?
