EXPIRED: Part ONE of 2015 CLUB LEVEL (CL) INFORMATION and HELP Thread DO NOT POST HERE!!!

AHHHHHH YC CL LV just popped up for the last part of our trip! I'm on hold now to modify. Crossing all fingers and toes!!!!!!!!! :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Well.....were you able to switch? Inquiring minds need to know.;)

Hey guys! Wanted to ask another CL question. I see that the whole week we will be at WL CL, every day, except two, have morning EMH. Do you guys typically wait till the food is served before running out to the parks? Just wanted to see what other families do. Thanks for helping!!!

We always do breakfast from the lounge. There's nothing like getting some food and taking it back to your room to enjoy sitting on your balcony before anyone bothers you. So peaceful...:cloud9:

Hello everyone :wave2:

Would like your input ::yes:: :listen:

We're currently booked for BWI CL {I'm surprising the family}, however, DD & DH were snooping around :surfweb: saw pictures of SAB and started running around the room with delight :lmao:

I was like :faint: :badpc: :scared1:

I've read BWI CL is awesome and feel we would be really happy there ::yes::

None of us have a fear of clowns ;) so the pool and slide are fine

We're spending more time at the resort this trip and want a quiet, more relaxing resort environment... BWI seemed to be just that :thumbsup2

Guess I'm just looking for reassurance regarding my decision to stay BWI CL :worried:

I've never stayed there, but I've heard nothing but great things about it!!! :goodvibes

Should I do online check in or not? I thought I read somewhere that it wasn't a good idea to do that if you are on concierge level.

I've done it both times we've stayed CL and were actually told by IPO to do so. I think it helped in them having a room ready for our early arrival/checkin.

I know most people will tell you not to do it, but we have and have had good results. :goodvibes

Candace I agree with you. :thumbsup2

I always do online checkin. In the last 5 years 20 ish trips. No regrets with online check in.

Looking to stay at YC in July for a night but is there a difference between that and BC? I've done CL YC before as well as Poly but never BC.

Hi TigrLuvsPooh. Do you have any pics of your stay at BCR when the lounge was in the Presidential Suite? I thought I saw some before or you mentioned that you had some. Thx!

Actually it was the YC CL where we experienced that. :) Yes I have tons of pics, I will go find the link now. :thumbsup2

The things I don't like at BWI CL are nit picky things. The walk to the club from the elevators, the lack of a fridge in the lounge, limited seating, nothing that would keep me from coming back. It's a lovely resort. :thumbsup2

I prefer the YC CL lounge, it is larger and has more seating. But now that the BC is closing their lounge and expanding it I'd say it might become my new favorite. ;)

I have stayed at BWI CL, YC CL AND BC CL. I enjoyed BWI CL but the walk is a pain from the lounge to the room. Can be long depending where you stay and I don't like the enclosed area the lounge is in, you have to access the area thru a closed door locked glass door. Would I stay there again? Yes in the winter months. SAB is hard to beat. We stayed in 2009 BWI and BWI pool was down for repair so we were shuttled to SAB to use it. Rest is history. Have stayed there every June since. I don't know how old your kids are, that is a big thing. If your kids enjoy swimming and you are there in the hot summer, I think you would love YC CL. Has the quiet vibe of BWI....even more so actually...

We stayed Polynesian club level and just got back last night (Tuesday). We absolutely loved it. The only thing that horrified us was during snack time. There was a mother who let her two children stick their hands in the gummy bear bowl, eat some and stick the touched ones back in. Luckily, the snack time was over so nobody else got a chance to eat from the bowl!

Hi Erika :wave2:

Thanks much for responding :thumbsup2

Which CL lounge is larger, BWI or YC? :confused3

I'm really hoping a fridge is included in the refurb ::yes:: that might be wishful thinking though

Hi scottmel :wave2:

Thanks much for responding ::yes::

DD is 12 years old and we'll be there for 11 days in hot as the surface of the sun September :beach:

Awe shucks... In the words of Scooby Doo "Rut Row" :scratchin

Guess I'm going back to the 'ole Pros & Cons spreadsheet :crazy2:

Glad you had a great Poly CL stay. We love the Poly and are hoping to try CL as I've heard very good things about it. I'm sorry about the gummy bear incident, not a pleasant thing to see :sad2:.

YC seems larger to me, but the high ceiling at the BWI lounge makes it feel larger than it is.
