That could possibly be when the BC CL is closed. Official dates haven't been announced so I'm not sure. It is very difficult to get into an Epcot resort during the Food&Wine Festival. If you can find anything I would grab it now and then keep checking back for cancellations. Sometimes at the 45 day mark and then again at the 6 day mark, cancellations are more likely to come back into inventory.

That's part of the reason I went ahead and put a reservation in on the 'water' view, non CL BC room. I'm planning on checking in on a regular basis on availability of CL rooms at either BC or YC. We're holding to those resorts for the Stormalong Bay pool.

I've never used IPO for any of our CL stays as making ADRs is part of the fun of planning for me, but I think they are pretty good as far as doing it right away. With that said, I think you'll be fine .

I always do my own ADRs because I am a little "Type A" and enjoy it... When i have asked them to keep checking on something hard though like Wishes Dessert party though, they have always had better luck!

OMGosh you guys would not even believe how many times I check availability! That's the main reason I became a travel agent It is down right embarrassing.

Add me as a member of the "Obsessive Availability Checking CLub"! I think my kids think I am a travel agent.

Obsessive checking and obsessively changing my mind! Right now we're thinking about going down a couple days early and staying at the Waldorf. Anyone been there? I thought it would be better than a value or moderate resort, and our flight is late so I don't want to add on at BWV. Plus I'm already on the fence about BWV anyway. WL CL is available now, and it sounds very tempting!!!! But it's further from star wars weekend. I will change my mind 100 more times over the next 3 weeks.

Well I just went back in and WL CL was gone but I was able to snag AKL CL! So now we're a 4 night AKL CL and 5 nights BWV one bedroom. I think that will be a nice split. We really have to be near the Studios for the star wars stuff, but we can have some variety in the stay.

Dh's new boss asked us to move our vacation from their busy time to a slower time or for us a month...

We wanted WL CL so we stuck with that and got the FD... But our vacation is now 127 days instead of 99!!!

Did you already have dining reservations made? That's always the thing I worry most about when traveling during free dining.

I just confirmed with my new position that they would even allow me to move my vacation dates, and confirm with Disney that I could even get a hotel reservation...

Now I'm off to work on dining... it's going to be soo much fun! (is the sarcasm obvious right there?)

But I can't argue with him because it's a new job for DH... and what the new supervisor says goes!

Remember, you can always check the 2 credit restaurants and just pay cash the other nights. The 1 TS places are the ones that go quickly.

I had to scramble when our vacation shifted by 4 days a couple of years ago. That was our first trip and we had CRT, CM, Ohana, MNSSHP, Wishes..... It took a very patient CM and we were able to move it all! What a pain and what a disney miracle...

Hey gang! A question. My hubby is feeding my disney obssession now, however really wants to hit the caribbean next year over spring break. This is so out of my element. We enjoy CL and I feel like you guys like to vacation like me so your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Some info: He has never done nor plans on ever doing a cruise....BOO! We have 3 kids 14,11, and 7 so that seems to complicate things. Would like to go for 7 days.

I haven't booked anything, but was doing some pricing the other day and I found alot of CL availability .
