EXPIRED: Part ONE of 2015 CLUB LEVEL (CL) INFORMATION and HELP Thread DO NOT POST HERE!!!

While SAB is pretty awesome, given the ages of our kids, we prefer the pool at BW. At 6 and 3, there's no relaxing at SAB. The location of the slide means I have to follow DD6 across the public area, make sure she gets to the slide and then run back to meet her at the end (I don't really do slides...haha). Maybe I'm overbearing, but I do get nervous around water and I don't feel comfortable letting her walk to the slide alone.

Just adding this in case the OP has young kids because I think it might be helpful. SAB is wonderful, don't get me wrong, but maybe in a few years when the kids are older it will be even better for us :)

Wow - lots of love for YC CL! We've stayed at YC, but not CL. By next January, we'll have stayed at all the deluxe resorts and all the mod resorts. But you all are creating a new bucket list for me - maybe I need to try CL at YC!

They just have a nice combination of things. Great location, great pool, nice lounge, nice CMs, nice rooms, etc, etc. It's not one thing that really stands out as superior but the sum of all its parts. :thumbsup2 Once BC rehabs I think they can be just as good.

Oh my goodness it pays to keep checking!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband and I have been obsessively checking availability for a month. It's not that we were unhappy with AKL CL , we just know we like to be closer to Epcot because that's our main hang out spot. ;) I tried to get YC/BC for 3 months, nothing ever popped up. The last couple of days availability was getting less and less for CL rooms... last week they had AKL, WL, and GF, this week the only thing popping up was the Poly. I would have taken the GF but the friday and saturday night rates were rack (close to a thousand bucks per night) and I knew that was out of our budget. So we kept checking... over and over... and sure enough, just about 20 minutes ago someone canceled a room at the CR in atrium club and I snatched it up!!!!!!!!!! :cool1: I'm so glad I'm a travel agent now because it makes it so easy to change things. :thumbsup2 This will be our FIRST TIME in CL at the CR and we are sooooooo thrilled!!!!!!!!!! :cloud9::cloud9::cloud9::cloud9: What a great way to spend my birthday!!!!!!!! :cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:

THAT IS AWESOME!!!!:banana::banana::banana:

Hi don't know if I am posting this question in the right area but we are contemplating a concierge/club level stay at either BWI or BC which do people recommend?

I've heard May for BWI. Summer for BC. I'm not sure if dates have been set.

I have only stayed at BC CL and might be in the minority but we had a fantastic experience. It ranks high as my kids (14,11,7) favorite things about our trip. lol

The CMs were incredible, the food in the lounge was always plentiful and when we were there in late October it was never that crowded. My husband and I felt like we had our own date every night in there. :rotfl2:Maybe we timed it right.:cool1: Once again, I will say this is our only CL experience so I have nothing to compare it too but I would definitely book it again.

This April we are trying YC CL and I am super excited about that!:thumbsup2

Over on the BC/YC thread it seems to be the consensus now that the BC refurb want begin until the fall.

So glad to hear great things about CL at YC. We've had several unbelievable experiences at BWI CL (Our fave out of GF-RPC, BC, AKL and BWI), that I'm a bit nervous to be switching over to YC, but we've stayed there in non-CL rooms and love it. I can only hope that CL will only heighten the experience.

I'm with you. We LOVED CL at BCR and we are going back in September. A larger lounge would be nice but it never affected our experience. We like the offerings and the CMs. We can't wait to go back. To me the resort is most important and we like BCR best.

But I will add that it would be great if we were going to have a refurbished lounge this fall so I'm hoping it takes place over the summer!

If we could take the lounge from the GF RPC, the CMs from BWI, the pool from YC/BC, with a Poly CL room layout, and put it all next to MK with its own express monorail to Epcot then we'd have the perfect resort! :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

Thanks! Would you mind if I link it to our CR section? :)
Feel free to link to any/all CL sections of my threads. Oh, and in regards to your PM and Atrium Club room location question, I don't know which view you booked, but on either side of the Tower, the odd-numbered rooms will have the bed facing toward either the castle or away from BLT. That's a common CL request and also some prefer to be far from CM.

Perfect! Thank you!!! :) Only 12 more days to wait!!!!!

I vote for this! Now which view would we like?

Oh! And the express monorail to Epcot can unload at the International gateway! HA HA HA :lmao:

I'll ne'er be ble to stay at BWI as long as my middle DD is with us...she has a serious clown phobia, and pics of that slide scare her! :lmao:

And before you think I'm being a mean mommy...she's 17 (well almost, next weekend is her birthday!). But she's seriously hated clowns since she was a baby.

Our fav is BC...DH is not a a Disney lover (horrors!) but will consent to a trip only if we stay there. I too agree SAB is awesome, but challenging if you have young kids to keep track of, if that slide line is really short, you have to really skedaddle back to the splashdown area!

Wow!!! Now that would be great! And expensive. Lol

I am in need of WL CL pictures!!! :) Also if you have welcome letters from WL, GF, or CR I'd love a scanned copy of those as well. :goodvibes

It's a work in progress but I'll keep plugging away! :thumbsup2
Just noticed your post. I believe I already PM'd you the links to the CL portions of my threads so you're welcome to hyperlink to them. There are welcome letters I posted in them that you can use if you still need them.
