Expert advice needed... what time to leave site on Christmas Day

The park opens at 7AM for extra magic hours and we want to be there for the welcome show. What time should we leave our site - giving us plenty of time for walking, taking the internal bus and the boat over.

I know it's going to be super early, but I don't want to early and be silly.

We were there once at that day and left at 4 PM had dinner and found seats to waite for the event. All went well and would do the same again and after talking to people who left an hour or so got there late.
