Experienced tent campers...are replacement poles

standard, or are they specific for each brand? We have a Hillary Mt. Rainier tent, and one of our side poles (red one) is broken. Can we purchase any replacement pole? If we can't, could someone please help me locate the manufacturer's phone number? Google has not been helpful.

I just did a quick google search and it seems that Sears is a big seller of your brand of tent. You might start out there or do a google for the Hillary brand tent like I did.
