Hi guys,

Booked our forthcoming trip with Expedia as we did last year and we remember being told last time that we didnt have to queue at check in and instead could use a machine to book in????

We're a tiny bit confused. If we didnt have to queue that would be fantastic though. Just wondering if anyone know about this?

Please help :Pinkbounc

Many airlines have check-in machines that you can use. Typically you just enter your name or Frequent Flyer number (they will typically also accept an airline booking number) and it will find your reservation and print your boarding passes. There may still be a queue for the machines, but there is usually enough of them so that its a short wait.

That's a general description; if you tell us which airline and airport you are traveling from, somebody here can probably give you some specifics.

Thx OKW Lover for replying so quickly!

We are travelling from Manchester Airport with American Airlines on 8th August this year!

Any info would be great, thanks :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :cheer2:

I'm not sure that international travelers can check in at the airport kiosks. They usually need to see the passports for all passengers prior to issuing the boarding passes.
