Expedia rate quote confusion

I am price shopping today. On Expedia for Nov 2006 they have a CAT 12 for $1700. The description says sleeps 2 (some 3). However, the website let me select it and said that I would be guranteed at least the CAT12 (isn't this the lowest anyways?). How can they book me in a cabin that won't even hold my party?

I'm assuming that you're a party of 4. Disney does offer category 12 on a guarantee, which means that you'll have at least a category 11 to accommodate your party.

Yes, we are a party of 4. I don't quite understand, so I book the lower rate knowing that they have to give us a 12 or better?
