Expedia for RC?

Has anyone used Expedia for renting a car? I found $101.00 for 8 days from Dollar, a Dodge Stratus. I think that is a great deal. Does that cover taxes & insurance?

Going through the Dollar website a car is $159.00 plus $40.00 for taxes & insurance.

I have never used Expedia myself, but I did just go and check it out and it seems that the rate the Expedia quotes you does not include taxes or insurance. Those would be additional charges. When you tried Dollar did you try it with no discount codes? Someones, with Dollar, if you put no discount in you get the best rate...
