Expedia delay in getting cruise docs out!

I just called Expedia to find out why I have not received my cruise docs when people on later cruises already have theirs.

They said they are behind in getting them out and they SHOULD be able to get them to me in 2 weeks.

I think I will use DU for the next booking! If I had known about this board before I used Expedia, I would have used DU for this cruise.

Live and learn I guess...............

Well, at least it is nice to know that someone else got the same story from Expedia.com. Will know better next time

We booked through Disney Direct, I called one week prior to our dec 13, 2003 departure to find out where our doc's where. They sent them by courier and we recieved them 4 days prior to sailing.

Got an email from Expedia.com Friday. It said they are finally sending out our documents by regular mail.

We just returned from our Disney cruise that we booked through Expedia. I was worried about when we would be receiveing docs because I needed to send them out to family members across the country.

They were VERY helpful. The TA put a RUSH on our docs and I received them Next-Day Mail three weeks before our cruise.

I was nervous booking through Expedia. They had to link 5 reservations and request a table for 11. Everything went without a hitch. I'd book with them again in a heartbeat.

Its 10 days before my departure and they not only did NOT send out the docs they have had for a month, they CANNOT FIND THEM!

THey gave me the same song and dance about them being here 2 weeks prior to the cruise, then it was "we are behind". then the truth of the matter... they CANNOT FIND THEM!

Never use Expedia for a cruise!
