Expected taxi cost - MCO to POR?

Don't think we need a car for our short-notice Memorial Day weekend trip. Don't need to spend money on a towncar either(?)

How much would you estimate the taxi fare from MCO to POR?

$40-45 plus tip--each way.

Town cars are definitely cheaper options, plus they'll make a free grocery stop. And Mears sucks.

You will probably spend as much, if not more for a taxi. I would book the towncar service. Plus, as Ducklite mentioned, you will get a free grocery stop if needed.

and we would of had the option of stopping at a store if we wanted to......the amount of a town car vs a taxi was about the same ....but no stop with a taxi cab......there is also a coupon for five dollars off their amount......on their site.....

Thanks to everyone! I actually managed to find a rental car rate (thanks to mousesavers.com) that was less than the towncar OR taxi option!!!!
