When I first saw it at the 2023 game awards I thought it looked a bit generic.
But once finding out its story is being done by the guy who did Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, Mass Effect 1, and Mass Effect 2 I have kept it in my radar.

They are showing more of the game.
I am getting major Mass Effect and The Expanse vibes from this.
There seemed to have been a marketing campaign during Sept-Dec to build up hype to a reveal like this.
A tie-in novel.

I've read it and not only has its universe felt like it could have been created by 2003-2012 era BioWare it was also the most fun I had with a sci fi novel since reading James S.A. Corey's "The Expanse".
The announcement of a TTRPG.

A few videos narrated by a character voiced by Matthew McConaughey.

And a "Secret Level" episode dedicated to it.
I remember being so excited for "Mass Effect 4" a decade ago.
Only for it to end up like this.
