Anyone know anything good for the back (fatty areas)? :blush:

I have been gaining weight in the weirdest places even though I have been walking a lot (an hour and 3 miles at least 3-4 dayys a week) over the last few months.
 
Good job on your walking!!

Any type of cardio is going to help with fat loss, but weight/resistance training will also firm up your muscles. I find working out with weights on a stability ball really helps my abs and back. I use straight leg dead lifts (just weights) to strengthen my lower back (also is really good for your hamstrings and glutes.) Push ups are great for your upper back, chest, core, shoulders and arms. Reverse flyes are also great for the back as are rowing motions and lat pulldowns. These things will all build muscle for you, and they will speed up your metabolism, but your cardio is going to be the key in getting rid of fat.
