Exercise with a mini trampoline

I was thinking about getting one. Online, it seems like it is very benificial, I just wanted to know first hand. Anyone exercise with one? How did it work for you? TIA

My upstairs neighbor has one. She likes to bounce on it at midnight, every night

Yes, I know of several people who use them. They are called rebounders. You might Google that term, for more info on them.
