I need to start exercising, and I don't want to buy a treadmill or join a health club. I was thinking of getting some videos. Anyone have any recommendations? I'm leaning towards pilates, but am open to anything that isn't too streneuos, lol.
They are in Hollywood right now filming it. So I'm a huge Winsor Pilates fan.

I've been considering the Walk Away the Pounds videos. I have an on-line friend from a parenting board who has lost over 100 lbs doing the WATP and Weight Watchers. I'm inspired!!
Anyone have any comments on the WATP videos and which ones are best for the hips, thighs and rear end??![]()
I do the WATP 1 and 2 mile videos. I found them at Wal-Mart on a $5.96 rack (on the bottom). I really enjoy them. I use 2lb weights instead of the weighted balls she talks about. Leslie Sansone is a really good motivator. In the last month since I started do them (plus Pilates) I have lost 10lbs and feel a lot better. Good luck!

I have Winsor Pilates and I must say I did feel a difference after a couple of sessions, but I found it to be very uncomfortable on the back...not muscularly, but in a bruising sort of way.
I agree with previous posts...try the library and see what is available to take for a test.

since the begining of February with the use of following my on modified Weight Watchers eating plan and using these videos. I also walk at a local outdoor walking track when the weather is permiting and I have the time to get there.
