9 minute run :cool1: Gotta get some situps and curls and all that jazz in before bed :goodvibes

I did about 20 minutes of the FIRM Jiggle Free Arms (only the upper body portions due to my feet injuries).
I did 8 minutes of the Bonus Ab tape and 8 minutes of the Bonus Lower body tape.
 
I also did push ups and planks today. I got up to 6 push ups in a row on my toes............woo hoo!
