This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Good morning

I did 25 minutes of walking and 10 minutes on my arms

Next??????
 
Good morning! I walked 2 miles this morning, and will walk 2 more tonight with DH. Next?
 
This morning after weekly on the scales session, (lost 2 lbs!) I worked on my tum, bum and arms!
anyone else?
 

60 minutes at the gym (elliptical and lifting weights) then came home and walked for another 60 minutes. What a great way to start my day! :cool1:

I put in a total of 35 minutes, 15 minute walk in the afternoon, and 20 minutes WATP (with weights) in the evening.
