This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ????????????????
 
i'm here, i did my stability ball strength training routine that i should've done last night but was exhausted. tonight is my 2 mile casual walk with my neighbor and dog :)

next?
 
I did the FIRM Super Charged Sculpting this morning. Its been a while since I got up before work. That sure has me feeling on cloud nine.
 

I was pressed for time so I did 30 minutes worth of upper body weights in 22 minutes. No rests, I can hardly type now!

Cardio will be after work again.
 
I finished off my exercise with 80 minutes of cardio. Ran 5 miles and did the rowing machine.

I went jogging this morning (4.25 miles in ~36 minutes, my Forerunner died right at the end :( ) and worked out at Curves after work.

Great job, everyone! :)
 
30 minutes at Curves. Isn't Curves the BEST!?!?!?!
 
I worked out on the stairmaster for 20 minutes, then the rest of the gym for another 30. :banana:
