This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

This morning I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and I plan to take a 50 minute step and sculpt class after work. I also just signed up for a Core class at lunch so this will mean three work outs in one day for me! Woohoo!!!!

I walked for 40 minutes on the treadmil.
