This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ????????????????
 
1 mile on the eliptical (15 minutes), Quad weights, arm weights

I'm most likely going back to the gym tonight for a spin class. I've never taken spin before...this should be interesting. :rotfl2:
 
Just finished my 45 minutes on the TM. Off to shower now. Who's next???
 

I got my three miles in walking outside today.....with a fall on teh ice unfortunately. But all is well with the world.....just bruise my ego and skinned my knee........

45 minutes of Taebo for me this morning.
 
I did the FIRM Tough Tape 2 - Killer workout!! I really felt it in my shoulders and arms.
 
30 minutes of shoveling and I plan at least 50 on the treadmill! :cool1:
 
6 miles in 60 minutes plus 15 minutes on the elliptical
 
Well, it was my rest day, but I got in 500 crunches, my stomach is feeling it today!
 
Did 3 miles on recumbent bike and 1 mile on treadmill for total of 40 minutes -- very light workout due to pain in my achilles tendon.
 
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 40 minutes) and Curves after work.
 
I went to Curves in the afternoon and I walked on the treadmill for a half of an hour.
