This morning I ran for 50 minutes and did 45 minutes of spinning.

Who's next ????????????????????????
 
I did lower body weights and lots of abs.
 

I jogged for 2 miles, biked for 5 miles, did weights and crunches for about 1/2 hour and then did a quick mile run.

Who's next?
 
Went to Curves - did two circuits & had the trainer show me how to use the new stretch equipment. My back feels great. My right leg from my ankle to my hip ache - especially my knee.
 
Did a 30 minute walk today.
