This morning I did 35 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the cross trainer.
1/2hr walk outside in the 37degree weather
its getting ccoollddd out there! next wk I wont be able to walk after work as it will be dark by the time I get home
gonna have to walk around work more to get my 10,000 steps every day
walked for an hr after work - it was warmer than this morn - got out of work early (went in early) and took a late lunch
It was too wet outside, so I had to settle for aerobics, Kathy Smith Cardio Fat Burner for 40 minutes.
Hopefully I'll be out running again tomorrow morning - gotta get ready for a 10K race this Saturday!
