Exercise Thread for Tuesday May 3

10 minutes kickboxing
10 minutes Pilates
20 minutes walking
I'll be walking at after work...should easily be another 25 minutes.
 
This morning I ran for 52 minutes.

Who's next ???????????
 

50 minutes of lower body weights and abs so far
 
23 minutes of cardio aerobics
20 lunges
20 leg lifts
20 dancer squats
30 butt lifts
60 crunches
 
25 minute walk this morning and 45 minute bike ride

Next???
 
35 min on cross trainer.

Who's next?
 
I added a 6.2 mile run and 20 minute on the rowing machine.
 
40 minutes jog/walk. Jog 4 minutes walk 2 minutes. Felt great!
