This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ????????????
 
I'm going to two classes at Bally's after work...

First is Hip Hop.... lots of stretching...learn a short dance routine (1hr)

2nd is Powerflex.... Free weight class to music (1hr)
 
i did 10 mins of poweryoga and then a stability ball weight routine
 

Just back from the gym. Lower body weights. I'm so tired today...
 
I've been crazy busy the past couple days and haven't been able to post my workouts - finally got a bit of free time today to post -

90 min treadmill :cool1:

Walked for 30 minutes today and went down to the local Curves to get signed up for their 2 week free trial.
 
I swam for 30 minutes. Felt great! :sunny: Nice hot day. Today is COOL!
