This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
30 minutes of lower body weights so far....

Cardio after work!
 
30 min of dancing and 10 min of ab work.
Maybe more dancing tonight. We are going to see Los Lonely Boys at House of Blues tonight. :banana:

I walked 2.5 miles during lunch at the Park.

I ran on the hotel treadmill this morning (after a redeye flight, ugh), 3.3 miles in about 30 minutes.
 
I did week 1 workout 2 on Couch25K -- 1.31 miles in 20 minutes; then 20 minutes on elliptical cross trainer and 20 minutes on recumbent bike. One hour total.
 
Swam with the kids for 30 minutes
