This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning.

Who's next ????????????????????????????
 
I did WATP 2-mile tape for 30 minutes.

Next???
 

I did 45 minutes of strength training and 35 minutes on the elliptical. Next??? :banana:
 
I did 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer (burned 350 calories!) and 20 minutes of Pilates. Who's next?
 
I did a 3 mile walk during my lunch hour.

I did the 2 mi WATP tonight

I did 30 minutes of slow walking. Ankle is quite a bother.
