After work today I will walk for at least a mile- woohoo!! Just getting back into the swing of things. I exercised last night after work for 45 minutes- my arms and shoulders were sore. No pain- no gain.

i did 10 min free weights and 35 min walking. the numbers next to the icon show how many minutes you've completed so far and how many you pledged. like i'm up to 648 min and pledged 800, so it would be 648/800. on the 5 for april pledge its the same thing, how many you've lost so far, versus how many you pledged.

I went running this morning, 4.27 miles in 37:23, and then walked to Curves (2.4 miles RT) and worked out there this afternoon.
